Fees are not refunded, including unused time. You can stop any time: when your paid time ends, your shop stays as a free listing.

Charged twice, or charged by mistake? Message us and we will sort it out with the bank.

Right away. Card payments start your paid time as soon as the bank confirms them. Transfers start when we check the slip, usually the same day.

It is an online service: nothing is shipped, and there are no import rules, customs or duties.

1You tap Pay by cardEveyla opens Bank of Maldives' payment page over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
2You type your card thereThe bank checks it, often with a code from your card's bank (3-D Secure).
Eveyla only hears "paid"We get the amount, the last 4 digits and the bank's reference. Never your full card number or security code. If the owner saves the card, the bank keeps it; we keep a reference to it, the last 4 digits and the expiry, to show which card is saved.

We confirm every card payment directly with the bank before it counts. More in our Privacy Policy.

We email a receipt for every payment. Please keep it, and a copy of these terms.
